Requirements

Associate Degree in Nursing ( Bachelor's preferred).
Current RN license and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
2+ years of nursing experience; experience in employee health or management preferred.
Strong leadership and communication skills to engage teams and drive results.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance standards.
Ability to make informed decisions and manage change effectively.
Proficiency in documentation and technology systems .
Commitment to service excellence and fostering a culture of safety.

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee the Employee & Occupational Health Program to promote wellness and reduce absenteeism.
Plan, implement, and evaluate health systems and programs that meet organizational needs.
Investigate and manage workplace exposures, injuries, and hazardous condition reports.
Oversee screenings and immunizations , including pre-employment and annual health checks.
Manage workers' compensation claims and ensure timely communication with payroll and department leaders.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain accurate records and reports.
Support accreditation and benchmarking efforts , driving continuous improvement.
Provide education and orientation to employees on health and safety best practices.
Collaborate across departments and serve on health and safety committees.
Act as liaison with legal counsel, government agencies, and regulatory bodies.
