About The Position

MercyOne has a full-time employment opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to join our Occupational Medicine team at our onsite Arconic Clinic in Bettendorf, IA. This position offers competitive compensation, a $10,000 commencement bonus, and eligibility for Public Service Loan Forgiveness. The role includes generous paid time off consisting of 4 weeks of vacation time, 1 week of CME, and 6 paid holidays, along with a CME allowance of $3,000 annually. Benefits start on day one and include health, dental, vision, life, disability insurance, and a 403(b) with match and 457(b). Malpractice coverage is also provided. This is an outpatient-only position with no call required, and it operates on a second shift schedule.

Requirements

• Master’s or Doctorate’s degree from an accredited Nursing Program.
• Ability to obtain and hold an unrestricted license to practice in Illinois & Iowa.
• Hold current and unrestricted state and federal authority to prescribe and administer medications.
• Eligible to work in the United States (H1-B cap exempt).
• Ability to work independently.

• Experience in occupational medicine or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational medicine services at the Arconic Clinic.
• Perform lacerations and foreign body removal.
• Conduct DOT physicals.
• Work independently in a clinical setting.
