MainStreet Family Care is hiring an Occupational Medicine & Workers’ Compensation Account Specialist to support the employer-facing side of our growing organization. This role is fully in-office (in downtown Birmingham, AL) and offers direct exposure to the billing, reconciliation, and account management processes that power services across 65+ clinics throughout the Southeast.

Responsibilities

  • Manage business-to-business (B2B) employer accounts, working directly with companies and third-party administrators
  • Conduct employer account follow-up and collections
  • Reconcile accounts and resolve billing discrepancies
  • Maintain accurate financial documentation across a multi-clinic network
  • Work with our cross-departmental teams to support and grow the OM/WC service function of MainStreet
