About The Position

Work Schedule: 100% FTE, Full-time. Day shift hours - 'Loves Park' clinic M: 8a-5p, W: 8a-5p, F: 1p-5p. 'Rock Cut' clinic T: 8a-5p, Th: 8a-5p, F: 8a-11:30a. You will work at the Woodward Occupational Health Center in Loves Park, IL. Required Must provide copy of HS diploma or equivalent, or highest level of completed degree obtained. Required Work Experience Licenses & Certifications Current RN licensure to practice in the State of Illinois. Required Bi-annual BLS certification. Required Certified Occupational Health Nurse (COHN) or 2 years prior experience in an occupational health setting required. Requirements

Graduate from an approved school of nursing program.
Must provide copy of HS diploma or equivalent, or highest level of completed degree obtained.
Current RN licensure to practice in the State of Illinois.
Bi-annual BLS certification.
Certified Occupational Health Nurse (COHN) or 2 years prior experience in an occupational health setting required.
