About The Position

Work Schedule: 100% FTE, Full-time. Day shift hours - 'Loves Park' clinic M: 8a-5p, W: 8a-5p, F: 1p-5p. 'Rock Cut' clinic T: 8a-5p, Th: 8a-5p, F: 8a-11:30a. You will work at the Woodward Occupational Health Center in Loves Park, IL. Required Work Experience Licenses & Certifications Current RN licensure to practice in the State of Illinois. Required Bi-annual BLS certification. Required Certified Occupational Health Nurse (COHN) or 2 years prior experience in an occupational health setting required. Requirements

  • Graduate from an approved school of nursing program.
  • Must provide copy of HS diploma or equivalent, or highest level of completed degree obtained.
  • Current RN licensure to practice in the State of Illinois.
  • Bi-annual BLS certification.
  • Certified Occupational Health Nurse (COHN) or 2 years prior experience in an occupational health setting required.
