Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program
Current RN license in the state(s) of practice.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification .
Strong communication skills to engage patients and colleagues effectively.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and prioritize tasks in fast-paced environments.
Proficiency with technology and documentation systems .
Commitment to teamwork and continuous improvement .

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality care by performing focused health assessments and collecting data on workforce health status.
Administer medications and vaccinations safely and in accordance with hospital policies.
Assist with procedures and monitor tests , supporting physicians and RNs within your scope of practice.
Identify and report changes in patient or colleague health status promptly.
Reinforce education tailored to individual needs to promote health and safety.
Document care accurately and timely in medical records.
Coordinate daily schedules and appointments , ensuring smooth clinic operations.
Serve as a resource for staff, students, and volunteers, fostering teamwork and collaboration.
Support process improvements and contribute to a culture of safety and quality.
