As an RN in Occupational & Employee Health, you'll provide compassionate, patient-centered care while supporting the health and safety of our employees. Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program
  • Current RN license in the state(s) of practice.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification .
  • Strong communication skills to engage patients and colleagues effectively.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and prioritize tasks in fast-paced environments.
  • Proficiency with technology and documentation systems .
  • Commitment to teamwork and continuous improvement .

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality care by performing focused health assessments and collecting data on workforce health status.
  • Administer medications and vaccinations safely and in accordance with hospital policies.
  • Assist with procedures and monitor tests , supporting physicians and RNs within your scope of practice.
  • Identify and report changes in patient or colleague health status promptly.
  • Reinforce education tailored to individual needs to promote health and safety.
  • Document care accurately and timely in medical records.
  • Coordinate daily schedules and appointments , ensuring smooth clinic operations.
  • Serve as a resource for staff, students, and volunteers, fostering teamwork and collaboration.
  • Support process improvements and contribute to a culture of safety and quality.
  • Adhere to our Code of Conduct and Mission & Values , modeling integrity and respect.
