Position Overview: The Occupational Health Rehab Manager is responsible for the supervision of Occupational Health Physical Therapy activities, as related to patient care, education, safety, program growth, and the coordination of these activities with other departments. The Occupational Health Rehab Manager is directly responsible for the clinical supervision of the Occupational Health Rehabilitation staff. Assumes all duties and responsibilities of a staff physical therapist or physical therapy assistant per their license. The physical therapy assistant or physical therapist is a skilled professional who has completed an educational program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association.

Requirements

  • Graduate of physical therapy program from accredited school, with a degree in Physical Therapy
  • Must possess and maintain a current State of Illinois Physical Therapist or Physical Therapy Assistant license, or be license eligible
  • Current Basic Life Support (AHA or American Red Cross BLS) certification
  • minimum of 1-year clinical experience required

Nice To Haves

  • 3 years clinical experience including 1-year supervisory experience
  • Experience in Occupational Health job analysis, ergonomic analysis, and work injury rehab preferred

Responsibilities
