About The Position

Are you passionate about providing top-notch medical care and support in a dynamic work environment? We are seeking a dedicated full time Nurse to join our team and play a crucial role in ensuring the health and well-being of our employees. Schedule: 12hr shifts 3x/wk 6a-6p. Mon-Sat on a rotating schedule.

Requirements

Registered Nurse with a valid license in Virginia or a Compact License.
2 years of experience in Family/General/Occupational Health
Strong knowledge of disability management and return-to-work protocols
Proven ability to develop and implement personalized care plans
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment

Responsibilities

Promote workplace health and safety by identifying and mitigating health risks.
Provide first aid, assess workplace injuries, and coordinate care with healthcare providers.
Conduct pre-employment screenings, routine health exams, and drug testing.
Ensure adherence to OSHA, ADA, FMLA, and other workplace health regulations.
Support employees with return-to-work programs, workers' compensation claims, and accommodations.
Develop wellness programs, including stress management, nutrition, and preventive care initiatives.
Train employees in CPR/First Aid and respond to medical emergencies.
Recommend workplace modifications to prevent injuries.
Provide health-related training sessions to employees on topics like workplace hazards and disease prevention.
Work with HR, safety teams, and management to maintain a healthy work environment.
