Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate complex cases requiring a multi-disciplinary approach.
• Administer medications and perform minor treatments under physician supervision.
• Ensure employee health protection during crises, including COVID-19 management.
• Analyze risks associated with worksite hazards.
• Conduct health profiles and evaluations as part of employee health services.
• Maintain accurate clinical records using approved formats and technology.
• Advise and counsel employees on health-related issues and make referrals as needed.
• Provide expertise in Occupational Health and Safety training.
• Assist in managing medical leaves of absence and Workers' Compensation cases.
