About The Position
The Nurse Practitioner for Occupational Health is responsible for providing services for employees of White Plains Hospital and corporate accounts with services that include, assessing, and diagnosing, prescribing, treating and educating employees. The NP position will also be responsible for creating and developing wellness programs for the employees in collaboration with the wellness coaches and other members of the interdisciplinary team. In addition, the Nurse Practitioner will manage the Light Duty/Return-to-Work Accommodation Program, serving as the primary point of contact for coordinating modified duty assignments, ensuring compliance with medical recommendations, and facilitating a safe and timely return to work for employees.
