About The Position
Reporting to the Associate Director of Occupational Health, MGH, the Occupational Health Nurse Practitioner (OHN/NP) utilizes a full range of clinical skills in providing direct care to patients in a variety of simple and complex situations and for the purpose of occupational health promotion and prevention, case management to facilitate positive outcomes for employees impacted by occupational injury, illness, or exposure, program development and management related to the occupational health needs of the organization, occupational health expertise in collaboration with other members of the health and safety infrastructure to provide consultation as needed by members of the organization, and communications and training to effectively educate employees and supervisors about occupational risk and their role in reducing risk of injury and illness. This position will have onsite requirements at Assembly Row in Somerville as well as other MGB Clinics on an as needed basis. There will also be remote work available.
