About The Position
As an Occupational Health Nurse, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by partnering with the leadership at the plant site, supervisors, manager, EHS, HR, EAP, and occupational medicine for employee health. You will work with risk management, the site leadership team, medical providers, and the claims team on safe and timely return to work and the accommodation process. Additionally, you will work with EHS to promote safety in the workplace and provide injury care and medical surveillance following the company, local, state, and federal guidelines for employee’s health and safety. You will also collaborate with EAP to promote and improve mental health and assist in providing referrals and resources to employees and their families, and work with healthy living to promote mental and physical health and wellness in and outside of the workplace to employees and their families. Lastly, you will work with HR and benefits to direct employees and their families to benefit programs.
