The Occupational Health Manager is a Registered Nurse (RN) responsible for direct care of team members. This role involves directing, administering, supervising, and evaluating the Complex Occupational Health Department with professional expertise and administrative leadership. As an RN licensed to practice in the state of employment, the manager oversees Occupational Health activities, supervises other Occupational Health employees, and provides direct care to employees in accordance with medical directives, policies/procedures, physician standing orders, and within the scope of practice and regulation of the State Nurse Practice Act.
