About The Position
Reporting to the Compliance Supervisor, this position will be responsible for the overall compliance of an assigned portfolio of operational properties. This includes reviewing files for initial qualification and recertification file reviews, monitoring each property's overall unit compliance as well as related reporting, assistance with audit responses, and training/coaching of site staff. This position will also be responsible for conducting periodic file audits for assigned portfolio.
