About The Position
WinnCompanies is looking for an Occupancy Specialist II to join our team at Oakwood Apartments, a 241-unit affordable housing community located in Moreno Valley, CA. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Property Manager with the initial, interim, and annual tenant recertifications at the property by working with multilayered affordable programs. This opportunity offers a pay range of $22.00 to $24.00 per hour, based on experience. Please note that the selected candidate will adhere to the following schedule: Monday through Friday, from 8:00AM to 5:00PM.
