About The Position
WinnCompanies is looking for an Occupancy Specialist I to join our team at Breslyn House and Cobbs Creek. You will assist two properties with a total of 145 units located in Philadelphia, PA. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Property Manager with the initial, interim and annual tenant recertifications at the property or properties.
