The goal of this position is to manage the supply, capacity, and demand of a building, campus, or regional portfolio of space for a specific client at the business unit and team level. This involves coordinating multiple business unit's tactical requests while aligning with the overall occupancy strategy. The Occupancy Planner will identify, coordinate, and plan space and programming services on multiple projects throughout the client portfolio as assigned. Within the portfolio, the Occupancy Planner can answer questions regarding current space availability, workplace conditions, and headcount projections by business unit. The role requires proficiency in developing space and migration strategies on an enterprise-wide basis, summarizing findings and recommendations for action or consideration by the client, and reporting the status of major initiatives affecting planning decisions for the sites. The Occupancy Planner will also develop migration plans, facilitate planning issues, ensure alignment with corporate guidelines, and recommend space policies and standards. This position requires maintaining outstanding relationships with internal and external customers to understand business requirements and applying data and metrics that are important to client and JLL success.
