We are seeking an Occupancy Planner to support the regional occupancy planning team in the delivery of occupancy planning, data analysis and move planning services for a specific client at the business unit level. As the Occupancy Planner, you will be responsible for the management of the client’s occupancy data to ensure compliance with defined data quality rules. The role will collaborate and communicate with other members of the Global Occupancy Planning team, Facilities Operations team (including but not restricted to the MAC team), and client partners to resolve data anomalies, improve data quality and ensure accurate reporting of occupancy metrics that contribute to delivering global occupancy and real estate decisions and strategies. The role will serve as the primary point of contact with regional business unit representatives (Space Captains) to ensure all employees are seated appropriately in the client’s CAFM system. As the Occupancy Planner, you will also be responsible for liaising with the Global Occupancy Planning team, Facilities Operations team, and Space Captains to deliver move planning services in support of regional occupancy planning projects. This includes coordinating space allocations with the Regional Occupancy Planners and creating detailed communications and schedules to facilitate the move activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the process of occupancy updates and the development of move projects in the client’s CAFM system.
