Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in occupancy planning, space planning, or real estate consulting.
  • Proficiency in CAD software and space planning tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed recommendations.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving occupancy-related issues.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to real estate and occupancy planning.

Responsibilities

  • Perform occupancy planning and analysis to optimize space utilization and real estate strategies.
  • Manage and execute move management projects, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption.
  • Utilize CAD software to create accurate and detailed space plans and test fits.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and develop customized real estate solutions.
  • Implement change management strategies to ensure a seamless transition during space reconfigurations.
  • Conduct regular site visits and inspections to assess occupancy and space utilization.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in occupancy planning and real estate management.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to coordinate occupancy-related projects and tasks.
