About The Position
The Occupancy Planner will develop site occupancy plans based on the analysis of forecasted headcount and seat supply projections. This includes creating supporting graphs, stacking plans, and move scenarios, while also identifying challenges and pros/cons for each recommendation. The role involves implementing move plans in accordance with the approved occupancy plan and making alterations or recommendations as business drivers, mergers, acquisitions, or dispositions arise. The planner will facilitate neighborhood planning, move meetings, or town halls in support of occupancy plans and support change management related to workspace and work style changes. Additionally, the planner will support the communication plan related to the occupancy plan and drive to improve client awareness by providing trending analysis on new hires, terminations, moves, vacancies, and actual vs forecasted data. The goal is to maintain best-in-class space and occupancy data and implement processes in accordance with the Client Playbook for Space & Occupancy Planning.
