About The Position

Overview
We are seeking a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) for 3×12-hour rotating shifts (mostly 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM). This role provides direct nursing care to individual patients with well-defined nursing diagnoses while coordinating care with the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
The RN is responsible for organizing and delivering nursing care during their assigned shift, advocating for patients, and ensuring high-quality, safe care.

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience
• Experience in a Labor & Delivery setting
• Ability and willingness to work 3×12-hour rotating shifts (mostly 7am–7pm)
• U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder

Responsibilities

• Providing direct nursing care to individual patients with well-defined nursing diagnoses
• Coordinating care with the interdisciplinary healthcare team
• Organizing and delivering nursing care during assigned shifts
• Advocating for patients
• Ensuring high-quality, safe care
