About The Position

Fairview Health Services is seeking Physician Assistant to join the multi-specialty practice at M Health Fairview Clinics and Surgery Center - Maple Grove to provide a full scope of outpatient Ob/Gyn care including assisting in surgeries. Join a team of 8 physicians and 2 APRN's. Surgical cases and deliveries performed at Maple Grove Hospital. Surgeries are also performed at the CSC-Maple Grove site. Average of 16-20 patients per day in clinic. Full time: 0.8 FTE. Established referral base of Fairview employed primary care and sub-specialty physicians. Fully integrated Electronic Medical Record (EPIC).

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant Training Program
• BC through the NCCPA
• Licensed through the MN Board of Medical Practice
• Ability to obtain and/or maintain DEA certification for the State of Minnesota
• Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges (if required)

Responsibilities

• Provide a full scope of outpatient Ob/Gyn care

• Manage an average of 16-20 patients per day in clinic
