Responsibilities Position Description: Provide a mix of obstetrics and gynecologic care in both inpatient and outpatient settings Schedule: 25 patient contact office hours/week, surgery 1/2 day each week (outside patient office contact hours) Call Schedule: 2 restricted in house call shifts each month, unrestricted call 1:3 (one day during week and every 3rd weekend) Average Deliveries: 7-12 per month per physician Clinic Volume: 20 patients per session Robotics: Available EMR: Epic Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including midwives, nurses, and support staff Base Salary: $350,000 - $425,000 + productivity bonus Qualifications Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology Active or eligible for Illinois medical license Excellent clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills Commitment to providing comprehensive women’s health services in a community-focused setting Pay Transparency Prime Healthcare Illinois Medical Group offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package that provides employees the flexibility to tailor benefits according to their individual needs. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $350,000-425,000 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
