In this role, you will: Work closely with WWT account teams, WWT and OEM marketing teams, and technical engineering groups to identify observability & AIOps-related opportunities, shape solution strategy, and position the value of WWT’s Digital Experience capabilities. Establish trusted relationships with strategic OEM partners, driving joint sales motions and alignment on program strategy. Elevate siloed customer requests into strategic, outcomes-based transformations across enterprise monitoring, unified observability, network and security operations, employee experience, automation, and AI-enabled workflows. Translate customer business challenges into functional and technical requirements, ensuring strong alignment across stakeholders (business, IT, procurement, CX leaders, etc.). This role requires a self-starter who brings deep knowledge of observability & AIOps technologies, strong executive communication skills, and the ability to orchestrate complex cross-functional engagements.
