About The Position

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Must be able to fulfill all functions and duties of the rentals department, including Sales and Service Assign duties to cabana host, cabana servers and cabana cooks Conduct pre and post shift meetings Review daily time sheets Conduct department orientation trainings and in-service training sessions and weekly safety topic trainings Provide coaching to team members & ongoing training Issue disciplinary action according to park policies and procedures as needed Walk through all Rentals prior to park opening to ensure cleanliness and availability of all Rentals Oversee the kitchen to ensure food is prepared and expedited in a timely manner Supervise guest experience by checking in with rental reservations throughout the day, ensuring excellent customer service is provided by team members Ensure Park policies and procedures are being followed by team members Maintain a clean and safe work environment for customers and other team members Provide superior customer service to all customers in a polite and expedient manner Assist customers with questions regarding Ocean Breeze Waterpark Follow Park policies and procedures Other duties as assigned Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age Experience in department or equivalent supervisory experience preferred Ability to accept guidance and supervision Demonstrate ability to work independently Ability to communicate effectively with customers, team members and leadership Be aware, attentive, and work well with others Energy and enthusiasm for long days Ability to work in outdoor weather conditions while taking precautions, including hydration and sun-protection Physical Requirements Must be able to stand or walk for extended periods of time Must be able to lift, carry, move, and/or position items weighing up to or in excess of 60 pounds, team lift for heavier objects We also offer a retention bonus of up to $500 for team members that average a certain number of hours per week during the qualifying time period and work through a specified date. Requirements
