About The Position

UPMC Magee-Womens in Central Pennsylvania is seeking a dynamic and visionary OBGYN Program Director to lead and grow our clinical services while shaping the next generation of OBGYN physicians. Based at our North Harrisburg practice — the primary teaching site for residents. Practice averages 600 deliveries annually; hospital averages nearly 4,000. Work in a state-of-the-art L&D unit (opened in 2019). Baby-Friendly designated and recognized by Becker’s Hospital Review as a top maternity hospital. Access to a brand-new Level III NICU and full specialty support (MFM, reproductive medicine, urogynecology, gynecologic oncology). Strong collaboration with UPMC Magee-Womens Hospital in Pittsburgh

Requirements

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Passion for teaching and delivering compassionate, high-quality care
• Team-oriented mindset with a focus on personalized care and positive outcomes
