About The Position
We are seeking a qualified physician specializing in Obstetrics & Gynecology for a locum tenens position in Fort Lauderdale, FL. This role involves providing clinical care in both inpatient and outpatient settings, with a focus on supplemental coverage from May 1 to November 15, 2025. The physician will work two days a week, specifically on Tuesdays and Fridays from 8 AM to 5 PM, and will be required to participate in a call schedule that is yet to be determined. The practice has a patient volume of over 30 patients, with a distribution of 5% obstetrics and 95% gynecology. The physician will be supported by one mid-level provider and a medical assistant per physician, along with two licensed practical nurses. The facility is equipped with eight exam rooms and utilizes Epic as its electronic medical record system. Additionally, lab and ultrasound services are available onsite.
