Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited medical school
- Successful completion of an accredited residency program in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Connecticut license as MD/DO or eligibility to obtain
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecological care including prenatal, labor & delivery, and postpartum care
- Perform office-based gynecological procedures and surgeries including minimally invasive techniques
- Manage both routine and high-risk pregnancies
- Participate in on-call rotation
- Provide preventive care, annual exams, family planning, and reproductive health counseling
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, coordinated care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation using EMR systems
- Participate in clinical initiatives and quality improvement efforts
