About The Position

Our affiliate, Lifeline Medical Associates, is currently looking for an Experienced, Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their highly recognized Women's Center in Newark, DE. Position Highlights: Comprehensive women’s healthcare services full scope OB and GYN patients Outpatient setting with occassional hospital rounding Patient census 18-20 per day Assist and work closely with physicians to provide patient care No call requirements Experience with performing procedures such as IUD insertions/removals, Colposcopy, Biopsies Office hours Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm Fully licensed medical team and support staff Unified Women’s Healthcare is affiliated with the largest, physician-owned Ob-Gyn practice network in the nation, with more than 900 affiliated practices and 2,500 providers in 17 states and Washington DC. Requirements

  • Two years of Women's Health Experience is required
  • National Nurse Practitioner certification or ability to obtain
  • Unrestricted, active licensure in the State or ability to obtain
  • Current Unrestricted DEA License or ability to obtain
  • CPR, BLS, and NALS Certification or ability to obtain
  • Proficient in assessment and development of treatment plans
  • Ability to communicate with patients, team members and management staff
  • Ability to make care decisions based on the best medical practices without direct supervision or guidance by a physician
