About The Position

Lovelace Women's Hospital, New Mexico’s only hospital dedicated solely to women’s health, is seeking a Board Certified OBGYN Generalist to join our established LMG Women’s Health group in Albuquerque, NM. This full-time role includes clinic, OR, and call responsibilities supported by a highly experienced midwifery team, a Level III NICU, and DaVinci Xi robotic technology. Position Highlights: Full-time, employed position (1.0 FTE) 11 physicians, 23 CNMs, 2 PAs Mix of clinic, OR, and call Monday–Friday schedule, 8am–5pm with 1-hour lunch Expected patient volume: 24+ per day Restricted call with in-house CNM support 4 hours of administrative time per week Two procedure rooms onsite; full OR access Smart Technology: Our providers use Epic EMR and Ambience AI scribe technology to automate documentation, reduce administrative burden, and improve patient flow—leading to better work-life balance and accurate coding About Lovelace Women’s Hospital: Lovelace Women’s Hospital is located centrally in Albuquerque and is the region’s leader in comprehensive women’s health services. The hospital features approximately 3,000 annual deliveries, a Level III NICU, onsite Maternal-Fetal Medicine, full radiology services, and advanced surgical technology.
