About The Position

AdventHealth is seeking multiple, experienced Obstetrician/Gynecologists to support our OBGYN Hospitalist program in Orlando, FL., and surrounding Greater Orlando area. Candidates will join our team of physicians and midwives supporting our Central Florida Division; Orlando, Celebration, Altamonte, Winter Park, Melbourne, Deltona, and Daytona. Responsibilities of the OBGYN Hospitalist include primary responsibilities as a GYN surgeon, facilitating GYN consults, managing GYN clinic (supervised by team PA), act as surgical assist to staff Ob/Gyn physicians upon request; backup support managing and covering the OB Emergency Department; and provide appropriate oversight and clinical teaching of medical students, family medicine residents and other learners. A motivation to increase patient safety and elevate patient satisfaction, along with dynamic communication skills and the ability to fit within the mission and vision of AdventHealth, are required. Board certification is required.

Requirements

• Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology
