Shape the Future of Women’s Care: OB/GYN Leadership Opportunity in Cincinnati’s Premier Eastside Suburb The Opportunity: A Rare Hybrid of Stability and "Startup" Energy The hospital is seeking three visionary OB/GYNs to join a revitalized, physician-led team. This isn’t just another staff position; it is an invitation to help rebuild and define the culture of a thriving practice in one of Cincinnati’s most sought-after communities. While we are currently supported by a dedicated locum team to ensure seamless patient care, we are intentionally taking our time to find the "right fit", physicians who value clinical excellence, collaborative care models, and long-term professional growth. You’ll work in a brand-new, state-of-the-art OB clinic (opened this year) featuring 12 exam rooms designed for efficient, high-quality care. The Collaborative Midwifery Model: Join a team that truly embraces the midwife-physician partnership. You will collaborate with a robust team of five midwives (including new additions and PRN support) to provide a full spectrum of birthing options. Advanced Clinical Support: Access a Level II NICU with experienced Neonatal NPs and CRNAs. The Family Birthing Center features 2 dedicated ORs, with additional robotics and 24/7 radiology/lab support available on-site. Teaching & Mentorship: Influence the next generation of clinicians through our Family Medicine and new Emergency Medicine residency programs. The Lifestyle & Schedule: We believe in sustainable medicine. Our former group successfully balanced a 3 office / 1–1.5 surgery day weekly split , and we are open to discussing flexible scheduling that works for your life. Balanced Call: Targeting a 1:4 to 1:5 rotation. Built-in Safety Net: Enjoy the peace of mind provided by 24/7 in-house OB Hospitalist backup. The Location: Located in a "Top-Tier" Cincinnati suburb just 20 minutes from downtown. Location offers the perfect blend of high-end suburban amenities, exceptional schools, and a patient base that spans both the local professional community and the more rural reaches of the east side.

Requirements

• Board-Certified/Eligible OB/GYN
• Excited about "rebuilding" and bringing fresh ideas to a practice.
• Comfortable and confident in a collaborative model with Midwives.
• Looking for a "forever" home where they can influence practice operations and patient outcomes.
