About The Position
HCA Florida Healthcare is seeking an OB/GYN to join an independent, physician-owned private practice in Orlando, Florida. Qualified candidates: Active and Unrestricted Florida License (or ability to obtain a Florida License) Board Certified/Eligible in OB/GYN New Resident graduates welcome Incentive/Benefits Package: $50,000 sign on bonus Highly competitive base salary (adjustable based on previous experience and certification) Increasing longevity and production-based bonuses Health Insurance, 401K with Employer Funding with Profit Sharing, Short Term Disability Paid Time Off + Paid Holidays Paid Malpractice, NICA, Florida Licensure, DEA and Professional Memberships Quality of Life / Work-Life Balance: Low volume, low risk patient panels; number of OB deliveries are capped each month. Limited Call; 1:5 home-based call with hospitalist back up on each unit 24/7 Practice delivers at level 2 NICU hospitals only; high risk pregnancies are referred out. Only four clinic days per week with no weekend or late-night clinic. Two thriving office locations in Winter Park and Lake Nona. Each location currently has 4 physicians, covering a single hospital.
Requirements
