About The Position

Novant Health Valaoras & Lewis OB/GYN is seeking a full-time, board certified/board eligible Obstetrician/Gynecologist to join their practice in Winston-Salem, NC. This is a well-established practice with a private, small practice feel. The team includes 3 physicians, 4 advanced practitioners, and patient-focused, administrative support staff. Rotate 24-hours call with physicians in practice at Forsyth Medical Center. Night call is 1:6 as it is shared with NH Triad Ob/Gyn. Winston-Salem, NC is located in the central Piedmont Triad area with access to beautiful mountains and NC/SC beaches. Winston-Salem offers attractive communities for families or singles, shopping, businesses, universities, plentiful outdoor recreation as well as access to sports, cultural events, and international airports. Available level IV neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) provides infants with the highest possible level of care.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited school of medicine required.
  • Completion of an accredited residency program required.
  • For specialty physicians - completion of an accredited fellowship program specific to medical specialty.
  • Current MD license in appropriate state.
  • Board certification or eligibility.
  • Current DEA license required.
