About The Position

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate ARDMS certified Obstetrics and Gynecology Sonographer to join our fast-paced and innovative practice in Dearborn, MI. Requirements

• ARDMS certification in Ob/Gyn sonography.
• Experience as an Ob/Gyn Sonographer, with a strong background in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Proficiency in operating ultrasound equipment and related software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to maintain patient confidentiality.
• Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Perform obstetric and gynecological ultrasound examinations using state-of-the-art equipment.
• Ensure patient comfort and safety during ultrasound procedures, explaining the process and addressing any questions or concerns.
• Analyze ultrasound images, identify abnormalities, and communicate findings to physicians and other healthcare providers.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of ultrasound procedures, patient information, and results in electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Perform routine maintenance on ultrasound equipment, ensuring it is in optimal working condition.
• Collaborate with OB/GYN physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients.
• Stay current with advances in ultrasound technology and medical procedures by attending relevant conferences and participating in continuing education programs.
