About The Position

A respected, community-based women’s health practice in Casa Grande, Arizona is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible OB/GYN Physician to join its collaborative team. This full-time role integrates outpatient clinic services with inpatient obstetrics and surgical coverage at a nearby hospital, providing continuity of care in a supportive, team-oriented environment. Situated between Phoenix and Tucson, this position offers the opportunity to establish a fulfilling OB/GYN practice in a medically underserved area—perfect for physicians who are committed to patient-centered care and clinical equity.

Requirements

  • MD or DO from an accredited U.S. medical school
  • Completion of an ACGME-accredited OB/GYN residency
  • Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
  • Arizona medical license (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)
  • AZ MD or DO license or eligible
  • BC/BE in OBGYN
  • US-based OBGYN residency required

Responsibilities

  • Deliver comprehensive outpatient gynecologic care, including preventive services, contraceptive counseling, screenings, and diagnostics
  • Manage all aspects of obstetric care: prenatal, labor & delivery (vaginal and cesarean), and postpartum follow-up
  • Perform gynecologic surgeries, including laparoscopic and minimally invasive procedures
  • Collaborate with hospital and clinic teams to ensure seamless patient care
  • Educate patients on reproductive health, fertility, and family planning options
  • Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation
  • Participate in practice development, quality initiatives, and community outreach efforts
