About The Position

BayCare Medical Group, a physician-led, not‑for‑profit organization, is seeking an experienced Board‑Certified OB/GYN Physician to join our St. Joseph’s Women’s Hospital and support BayCare’s expanding GME OB/GYN Residency Program in Tampa, Florida. This opportunity offers a balanced next step for a seasoned OB/GYN seeking autonomy, academic engagement, and no night or weekend call . You will have the rare chance to build a brand-new outpatient OB/GYN practice while contributing to a growing GME program within a supportive, integrated health system. Position Overview The physician will lead the launch and growth of a new outpatient OB/GYN practice, with the freedom to shape clinical focus, workflows, and long-term direction. Working alongside BayCare’s OB Hospitalist team, the role maintains a strong outpatient emphasis with optional participation in surgeries and C‑sections. You will also play a key role in BayCare’s developing OB/GYN Residency Program by mentoring residents, contributing to quality and safety initiatives . The outpatient office is fully equipped for LEEP, colposcopy, endometrial biopsy, on‑site ultrasound, and other gynecologic procedures. Requirements

• Board Certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• Eligible for Florida medical licensure
• Interest in resident education and mentorship
• Desire to help build and shape a growing women’s health program
