The OB/GYN Nurse Manager will lead clinical operations in the CHP OB/GYN practice. This role combines clinical leadership, program development, and hands-on nursing care to ensure exceptional experiences for our prenatal and gynecologic patients.The Nurse Manager will manage the total nursing oversight of the obstetric patient population-ensuring strong continuity across the entire prenatal and postpartum journey, from intake through delivery and fourth trimester care. This includes overseeing clinical protocols, ensuring timely completion of all required testing and referrals, and ensuring readiness for provider appointments. The Nurse Manager will mentor and support the nursing and clinical team, collaborate closely with OB/GYN providers, and drive clinical excellence, workflow optimization, and quality standards for women's health services.
