About The Position

A leading women’s health hospital in Goodyear, AZ is seeking an experienced OB/GYN Hospitalist to join its inpatient team on a part-time basis. This position is ideal for physicians who want to focus on hospital-based obstetrics and gynecology without outpatient responsibilities.
Enjoy flexible 12-hour or 24-hour shifts in a supportive, high-acuity environment staffed with 24/7 MFM, anesthesia, and L&D support—allowing you to focus exclusively on patient care.

Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited OB/GYN residency program
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Active or eligible Arizona medical license

Nice To Haves

• Prior hospitalist or inpatient OB experience
• Skilled in surgical and emergency obstetrics
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient obstetric and gynecologic care in a hospital-based setting
• Manage and deliver care for both low- and high-risk laboring patients
• Perform cesarean deliveries, vaginal births, and emergency OB/GYN procedures
• Handle inpatient and emergency department consults
• Collaborate closely with nursing, anesthesia, and MFM teams
• Complete accurate and timely EMR documentation
