About The Position

Will be working in FirstHealth OB/GYN clinic setting to assist in OB Care/Benefits Coordination. Will provide Surgery Scheduling for GYN patients. Will work with our FirstHealth marketing team as our OB Liaison/Champion for FirstHealth (Marketing) to sell the FirstHealth OB hospitalists to their patients and any FirstHealth OB practices in the Cumberland and Hoke County areas.

Requirements

• High school graduate.
• One-year Technical College or certification preferred.
• Five years' experience in a physician's office, 7 or more years experience preferred. OBGYN experience preferred.
• Must have knowledge of the Cumberland Co. and Hoke Co. service areas and providers.
• Experience with practice management systems; office automation skills.
• Knowledge of CPT and ICD-10 coding and insurance reimbursement.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills; good organizational skills.
• Is committed to and demonstrates excellent customer service when dealing with all types of customers.
• Must have the ability to develop strong relationships with providers and patients in the service areas.
