Job Summary and Responsibilities Up to $5000 sign on bonus offered Paid out in FULL after 30 days of employment! Location: Immanuel OB Clinic - 72nd & Sorenson Pkwy Schedule: 4 days a week (745a-515p) Are you a compassionate, quick-thinking, and detail-oriented Registered Nurse (RN) with a passion for women's health and bringing new life into the world? What You'll Do: Triage Trailblazer: You'll be the calm, reassuring voice and clinical expert on the other end of the line (or in person!), assessing urgent patient needs, answering questions, and guiding expectant mothers through concerns from "is this normal?" to "I think my water broke!" Your quick assessment and problem-solving skills will be key. Clinic Floor Commander: Seamlessly transition between phone assessments and hands-on patient care. You'll prepare patients for appointments, take vitals (for two!), assist with examinations and procedures, and ensure our clinic runs like a beautifully orchestrated symphony. Education & Empowerment Guru: Provide essential prenatal, postpartum, and gynecological education. You'll answer questions about everything from morning sickness to lactation, always empowering patients with knowledge and supporting their choices. Emotional Support Superhero: Pregnancy can be a whirlwind of emotions. You'll offer a listening ear, a comforting presence, and expert guidance, always remembering the powerful emotional journey your patients are on. Collaborative Champion: Work hand-in-hand with our incredible OB/GYNs, MAs, sonographers, and administrative staff. We're a true team, and your input is invaluable in delivering holistic care.
Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license that allows you to practice in our state
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association required
- Minimum of 2 years RN (Nursing) experience required
