We’re seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) to join our fast-paced and collaborative surgical team. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Active Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential from a CAAHEP-accredited program.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification – must be maintained throughout employment.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, pushing/pulling up to 125 lbs, and standing for extended periods (including wearing a 10 lb. lead apron).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to adapt under pressure, manage time effectively, and work independently in dynamic settings.

Responsibilities

• Gather, prepare, and maintain surgical instruments and equipment.
• Ensure strict adherence to surgical asepsis to promote patient safety.
• Anticipate the surgeon’s needs with precision and efficiency in the OR.
• Scrub in on a wide range of surgical procedures, adapting quickly to varied and changing situations.
• Collaborate closely with the surgical team in high-stakes, time-sensitive environments.
