About The Position

We are seeking a Board Certified OB/GYN to join The Metropolitan OB/GYN team. We serve a diverse, urban OB/GYN population at The Mead Center located on the main campus of Mercy Medical Center in Baltimore, as well as 3 Federally Qualified Health Centers in Baltimore City.
The Family Childbirth & Children’s Center at Mercy provides obstetric services, including advanced fetal care, expectant mother resources, labor and delivery, mother and baby services, level III NICU and pediatric care. Our OB/GYNs, certified nurse midwives and pediatricians have helped make Mercy one of the best places to have a baby in Baltimore.

Requirements

• Candidate must be Board certified with strong work ethic and a desire to thrive as a member of a busy practice to include strong interpersonal skills with patients/staff.
• Our beautiful new center offers one stop shopping in suite to include labs and ultrasound at the time of appointment.
• Our team includes 4 physicians with advanced practitioners to include 5 midwives and 2 CRNPs allowing us to ensure our patients receive top rated care and treatment through a multidisciplinary approach.
• We offer an L&D call rotation of 1 in 8, with day back up coverage provided by an OB hospitalist.
• We are excited to offer OB Centering beginning Fall 2022.
