About The Position

The OB Associate role at Grubhub is an entry-level position focused on managing the onboarding process for new restaurant partners after a contract is signed. Requirements

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the post-sale workflow once the contract is signed.
• Call restaurant owners daily to facilitate the onboarding of new accounts with the goal of getting them live on the platform as quickly as possible.
• Manage client relationships during the onboarding experience to exemplify Grubhub's Customer Obsessed value.
• Collaborate with other teams and restaurant owners to set up accounts for long-term success, including scheduling photoshoots, confirming operating hours, and collecting additional information required.
• Provide restaurant owners with insights into the value of getting onto the platform quickly to increase orders and train them on platform capabilities.
