About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Oasis RN Manager (RN required) or Rehabilitation Manager for our Falls Church, VA Medicare Certified home health office. This office provides best-in-class care to adult and geriatric clients living in communities that include assisted living, independent living, senior congregate living, 55+ communities, and intermediate care facilities for clients with intellectual disabilities throughout Falls Church and surrounding areas.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) with 2 or more years of experience as an RN or Rehabilitation Manager experience.
• Acute, med/surg, and/or sub-acute experience preferred.
• Supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care.
• Visit our adult and geriatric clients for supervisory/assessment visits in Falls Church, VA and other surrounding areas.
• Supervise a team of field nurses.
• Facilitate new hire orientation and training the new nurses.
• Coordinate and/or deliver in-services for field staff.
