DMI is looking for a O365 Engineer that must be a subject matter expert in Teams operations including MS Teams voice operations. Primarily responsible day to day MS Teams and O365 operations.

  • Customize O365 applications (OneDrive and Microsoft Teams)
  • Access O365 Admin Center to assigned licenses to users
  • Provide temporary remote support for users.
  • Develop automation scripts to manage Microsoft Online Service to create, remove and modify Azure objects as an alternative, to recommended solutions to software problems.
  • Assist with MS OneDrive design and planning, analyzing login scripts and Group Policies.
  • Experience with DPP/DLP, including configuration, troubleshooting and deployment
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange Action Center, Exchange Management Shell, and PowerShell Scripting administration
  • Oversee problem and task ServiceNow queues to meet Service Level Agreements.
  • Respond promptly to service outages and provide remediation suggestions.
  • Collaborating with the Project Management Office and stakeholders to perform needs analysis and brainstorm business requirements, project scoping and deployment timelines to recommend
  • Proven experience Microsoft Team and MS Teams Voice integration
  • Strong presentation skills in verbal and written communication
  • Skills and proven experience with following products: MS Teams Voice, MS Teams endpoints including but not limited to IP phones, DPP/DLP, PowerShell, Microsoft Exchange Unified Messaging
  • Clearance Requirements: Successful completion of a government security screening and/or a Secret Clearance
  • Additional Requirements: Successful completion of a Public Trust background investigation and/or a Public Trust clearance.
