Team Lead is a hands-on, early-leadership role designed for high-potential individuals ready to step up. You will rotate through key operational areas including Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities, gaining real responsibility, leadership experience, and the skills to effectively run a shift. This role requires dependability, drive, and a readiness to learn, rather than being a fully developed manager. You are expected to show up, jump in, and set the tone for the team. When senior leaders are not on-site, you will act as the Manager on Duty (MOD) to ensure the park operates smoothly. You will lead from the floor, setting the tone for your team by actively participating and helping the park run at its best. You will grow your skills and make a real impact by delivering excellence in leadership, operations, guest experience, sales, safety, and compliance.
