The New York Life Investors 3-Day Discovery Program offers an immersive experience designed to introduce participants to the multiple business units and roles within the real estate organization facilitated by leading investment professionals sharing their unique insights. The program allows participants to develop a deeper understanding of real estate investment practices, as well as participate in skill building and management training sessions in a corporate environment to enhance their business acumen. Over the course of the three days, students will: Work with an assigned coach throughout the Program who will provide guidance and mentorship. Interact with leaders in Acquisitions, Asset Management, Loan Originations, Loan Management, Accounting, Real Estate Law and more. Gain exposure to real estate disciplines and processes, culminating in a hands-on case study. Ask leading real estate professionals questions in our daily Q&A. Identify potential continued mentorship opportunities. The program will be in-person at our office at 51 Madison Avenue, New York from June 3 - 5, 2025.
