Hornblower is seeking a NYCHA Outreach Lead for our NYC Ferry operation in Brooklyn, NY. This person will be adaptable, dynamic, and embody Hornblower's RESPECT Service System. The NYCHA Outreach Lead is dedicated to coordination and continuous outreach with various NYC Housing Authority residents, tenant associations, and key stakeholders. This crewmember supports the Vice President of Global Public Affairs and Manager of Public Affairs and works closely with the Community Engagement Coordinator to identify, plan, track, and conduct high-impact community relations and public outreach activities with NYCHA residents, tenant associations, and affiliated organizations. This individual is passionate about community engagement, knowledgeable about public transportation and public housing, and able to quickly distill complex information. They are reliable, professional, and solutions-oriented.
