About The Position

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) position is a remote role focused on professionally handling incoming customer requests and calls. The primary goal is to ensure that customer issues are resolved accurately and promptly while also creating new business opportunities. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED required; college degree preferred.
  • Five years of customer service experience in a high-volume call center or customer service environment.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel).
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload.

Responsibilities

  • Professionally handle incoming requests and calls from customers.
  • Ensure that customer issues are resolved accurately and promptly.
  • Contact customers to answer inquiries and resolve concerns.
  • Process orders and complete forms/applications as required to fulfill customer requests.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
