The Facility Director is the senior leader of the Northwest Indian Treatment Center (NWITC), a nationally recognized, tribally operated residential substance use treatment facility grounded in cultural healing and trauma-informed care. This position provides strategic and operational leadership for NWITC, ensuring exceptional program outcomes, regulatory compliance, cultural relevance, and a safe, supportive environment for clients and staff. The Director plays a critical role in advancing the health and well-being of Native communities in the Northwest, while maintaining the cultural traditions of the South Puget Sound Tribes.
